TIL: rather than using `-i/--include` to tell curl to include response headers in the output written to stdout, if I use `-v/--verbose` instead then the headers will be written to stderr — meaning I can easily pipe the response body to something like e.g. `jq` to format it or whatever while still seeing the response headers.
