I am doing a public outreach event today. Somehow the swag shipment didn’t get mailed, so I was told to raid the old education office to see what we have.

I found the neatest booklets https://sservi.nasa.gov/books/

They are #TactileView books - with #braille and 3D pages. If there are @edutooters here looking neat stuff for #vision or #tactile #sensory folks — these are really cool.

I attach some images which don’t adequately show embossing.

A quick re- #introduction.

I'm Matt. I'm into #dogs, #gaming, and #photography. Live in the western suburbs of #Melbourne with my wife and our rescue #greyhound.

#Vision-impaired (about 1/4 of what most people have), plus #MultipleSclerosis and the attendant difficulties that has bought me - mostly #mobility.

Got lucky with an aptitude for computer things. Worked ~20 years as a #sysadmin, before becoming a #web #accessibility consultant and #developer. Now working as an engineering manager at a small-mid tech firm.
