So now that #PuertoRico is once again at the forefront of people's awareness, don't you think it is about time to let the people of Puerto Rico decide: Statehood or Independence?
For the record, I do not live there, so I have no voice in the decision, but I would gladly support whatever the populace of Puerto Rico decide.
The same question should be asked of the people in #Guam and other American "holdings" that are neither truly independent nor states. #EndCololnialism #LetThePeopleDecide
