There would be NO dictatorships.
Imagine that even if there were zero actual #corruption (haha): as long as you have vast differences in wealth between people, and as long as the law requires paid expertise to properly interpret and represent one's interest, there'll never be ' equality before the #law '.
In broader terms: A #society that tolerates, even encourages large imbalances in material #wealth and #education cannot claim to be #democratic. It will always, inevitably, result in the reign of the privileged.
