South Korean intelligence reports that N. Korean troops have been out of the #Kursk region since mid-January. Heavy losses are cited as a possible reason.
It is estimated that 11,000 N. Korean troops were sent to fight for #Russia, 300 were killed and 2,700 were wounded.
