The meme is a play on the gun fanatic slogan "Come And Take It", originally a message of defiance against imagined government seizing of firearms.

Instead, the bottom text reads "COME AND TAKE US", while the image features the barrel of a gun pointed squarely at the camera. The gun is held by a Latino man, who is accompanied by another, more nonchalant person to his left wearing sunglasses and holding a shotgun.

COME AND TAKE US is a message of political defiance against the rounding up of millions of people promised by the incoming administration (possibly using the Alien Enemies Act of 1798).
