My personal #GOTY is undoubtedly #Starfield. There are not many games out there that can hold my attention for 100 hours straight. Almost all of those hours were spent in September. I would have probably spent more hours than that, but I got a new project to manage at work and started playing it. I'll return to the game after a while, hopefully soon, when #Bethesda implements FRS3 and mod support.

As you may have noticed, about 70% of the games on my list are #indie. The quality of indie games has improved significantly over the last decade. Five years ago you had to search for good indies, now it's hard to choose what to play first. 3 main drivers for indie games: #Steam, #NintendoSwitch, #Gamepass. You may laugh, but #BaldursGate3 is also an indie game. It was even released on #Xbox under #IDXbox.

Last year, my GOTY (indie and in general) was #DeadCells - the game was released in 2018, but I only started this game after The Queen and the Sea DLC was released, and I played about 100 hours straight as well. But there were also 4 very strong #indie contenders:
